Water is an essential source of life, and many health problems occur in the body, which can be healed by drinking an adequate amount of water. When a person gets headaches, it is very easy to reach for medication, but the counter drugs have side effects which are worse than the headache. Therefore it is preferable to look for some natural methods rather than a quick fix.

Water can be used as a treatment for all these headaches. As is discussed above that tension headaches are caused due to fatigue, it is known that fatigue is a side effect caused due to dehydration. So the bottom line is that dehydration is the reason for fatigue, and fatigue is the reason for the headache. So, all you have to do is get hydrated. Tension headaches can also happen due to other reasons, so if they prevail after getting hydrated, it is preferable to seek a doctor.
